I ordered this book based on the reviews and saw the pictures full of color I recieved a cheap blank and white copy book Not worth the money I paid for. I was recently diagnosed prediabetic and needing to learn how to adjust my eating habits A friend suggested this book and it has been very helpful The recipes are still full of flavor but adjusted for my needs It is easy to read and follow the instructions I found the required ingredients easily at the store too. This is a very slim, very basic book with recipes and info easily found on the internet It s fine for what it is, but I would have preferred something comprehensive I should have known what to expect for a 10 purchase, but I made a hasty decision Nothing really wrong with this book, but its little than a thick pamphlet.
